Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All treatments must be prepaid before your appointment/treatment and all clients must agree to the cancellation policy. At least 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you choose to reschedule, your payment will be transferred over to your future booking. Appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, and missed appointments are non-refundable. Please be aware that arriving 15 minutes late will be classed as a missed appointment. I understand your time is valuable, so please extend the same respect to mine. The above applies to all services, including those paid for by gift card.
