Meet Jill
Since becoming a Massage Therapist in 2006, I've been fascinated by how our bodies move and work. Being a runner myself, I'd turn my training runs into anatomy lessons, paying attention to every muscle and movement - Yes, I am a geek!
When training for my first marathon left me injured, I realised how important sports massage is for maintenance and recovery. This experience inspired me to specialise in Sports Massage Therapy, keen to help others avoid the setbacks I'd faced.
My experience with clients revealed that optimal results required more than manual therapy alone, which inspired me to pursue training with Strength and Conditioning Education, allowing me to offer more complete solutions. I believe in being straight-up about what works - no gimmicks, just personalised, evidence-based approaches that get results.

I'm also a Scottish Athletics trained Jog Leader, so when the pandemic brought an unexpected career break, I combined my skills to create #SmileRepeats. This helped runners stay connected while running solo, and kept them motivated during challenging times.

Since then, I've continued developing my run coaching skills through additional training. This allows me to offer a more comprehensive service to my running clients.

I understand your challenges and setbacks because I've faced them too. My experiences have shaped my whole approach. I believe in creating a genuine partnership with your body, to discover that sweet spot where challenge meets recovery, where you're truly thriving.
